To tell you a little bit more about me, I got my license in 1999.  I got into real estate because I wanted to do something where I could help people to accomplish their dreams and goals.  I felt with my honesty, integrity and hard work ethics that maybe I could make a difference.  I consider this community an excellent place to reside and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. As a Realtor with the ABR designation, you can expect that you will be working with a buyer representative who is committed to your best interest.   The ABR Designation is awarded by REBAC to those REALTORS who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high level quality service required by REBAC (Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council).  My expretise is in residential new and resale homes and condominiums in the greater eastside area of Seattle.  I work with first-time buyers as well as investors wanting to buy or sell in the area.  I enjoy spending time with my clients, educating them, and hopefully obtaining their dream sale or purchase. I pride myself on providing unparalleled service and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss how I can best assist you with your real estate needs.

I personally enjoy writing short essays and stories about different experiences and am in the process of writing a book entitled "Treasures of the Heart" .  I have published my life as a miracle in Eastside Foursquare's Journal, a local church that we attend and do missions work from.  This article will also be published in 1 of 2 books that the pastor is currently writing concering such stories.  I enjoy writing for the most part non-fiction but have been thinking and have written some Zane Gray type articles about the wild west.  I let my imagination run wild as I explore and photograph some places that are timeless.  I put faces and names into these pictures to add more color to the material.  Most of the non-fictional emphasis is based on true events and of course my perspective on each of these.

Landscape type photography of the Northwest including mountains, city areas and nature is also a favorite past time of mine.   When time allows, I also enjoy endurance type road cycling and partake in events in the Northwest up to 200 miles in a day.  I also play the drums in a quartet (Boys Nite Out) for casuals as well as with other groups from time to time.  In the late Spring through Fall, you'll often find me hiking which also allows me time for my photography.  Hiking in the Cascades is a wonderful experience and nothing quite compares to being in some of the places that I have visited.

Wildlife in this area would include: Black Bear, Canadian Geese, Deer, Owls, Elk, Bobcats, Grey Squirrel, Bald Eagles, Red Tailed Hawks, Quail, Mountain Goats.  Plants and trees in the area are: Evergreen Pine, Hemlock,  Cedar trees,  Apple, Pear, and other fruit trees. Deciduous types - Alder, Maple,Cottonwood.  Plants - Rhododendrons, Roses, Ferns,  Blackberry, Blueberry, Huckleberry.

Sincerely,
Gary Requa
